The Horizon View is an advanced triple-screen dashboard layout featured in flagship Tata cars, most notably the legendary Tata Sierra. It pairs a digital instrument cluster, a primary infotainment system, and a dedicated passenger screen into one continuous, cinematic viewing experience.

Informant Screen

Center Screen: A 12.3-inch primary infotainment touchscreen for navigation, media, and a 360-degree 3D camera.

Climate & Media Controls: The center console is clean and uncluttered. The Sierra uses touch-based HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) controls. These are paired with physical, toggle-style buttons for fast temperature adjustments.

Driver Display

Size & Look: Drivers get a vibrant 10.25-inch to 12.3-inch digital driver display (or instrument cluster) located right behind the steering wheel.

Layouts: You can change how the dials look to fit your style.

This projects essential data (like your speed, speed limits, and far-field directions) directly onto the windshield in your line of sight.

Steering Wheel

The modern Tata Sierra features a leatherette-wrapped, two-spoke (or four-spoke depending on trim) flat-bottom steering wheel. It is designed for luxury and comfort, packing advanced tech and very light, effortless handling right at your fingertips.

Rear View Mirror

The Tata Sierra comes with either a Prismatic or an auto-dimming interior rearview mirror (IRVM) depending on the variant.

Thigh Extender

The Tata thigh extender (often called thigh support extension) is a feature in Tata cars. It pulls out from the front edge of the seat to support your legs. This stops your legs from getting tired during long drives.

Climate Control

The new Tata Sierra features a Dual-Zone Fully Automatic Temperature Control (FATC) system. This system lets the driver and the front passenger set different temperatures for their side of the car.How the Climate

Gear Shifter

The Tata Sierra features a 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder engine setup paired with either a 6-speed manual, a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (DCA), or a 6-speed torque converter automatic, depending on the engine and trim. The manual transmission is noted for smooth shifts and a light clutch, while the automatics are tuned for comfort and offer paddle shifters.

The vehicle utilizes a front-wheel-drive (FWD) layout and comes with selectable drive modes (like City and Sport), along with terrain modes (Rough, Wet, and Normal) to adapt to different driving conditions.

Front SeatsAdjustments: The driver seat has a 6-way power adjustment with a memory function to easily save your favorite driving position.

Thigh Support: Both front seats feature extendable thigh support to keep taller passengers comfortable on long trips.

Rear SeatsSpace: The wide rear bench allows three people to sit comfortably side-by-side. The floor is mostly flat, which gives the middle passenger more foot room.

Reclining: The back seats have a 60/40 split and a two-step recline function so you can lean back and relax.

Conveniences: Rear passengers get a center armrest with cup holders, adjustable headrests for all three seats, dedicated AC vents, and USB charging ports.

Wireless Charger

The Tata Sierra features an in-car wireless charging pad designed to power your smartphone cable-free. You can find this pad built directly into the center console for easy access while driving. It delivers efficient power, making it convenient for daily use.

Door Controls

The modern Tata Sierra features flush-style, floating exterior door handles that automatically present themselves as you approach the vehicle. Inside, the driver’s side features premium illuminated window controls on the door armrest, with the boot/tailgate release situated to the far left of the dashboard

Center Console Storage
